Why is my order’s status “On hold Payment”?

For Security purposes, Every buyer’s payment institution (e.g., PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and so on.) will under P2guard verified via our anti-fraud system, causing an order to get stuck in an “On Hold Payment” status on our system.
The verifying time is based on multiple factors include VPN / Proxy use. It may takes between 20 mins to 48 hours to verify the payment.

After a few hours, Your order will be changing status from On Hold to Verified by P2gurard and proceed for transaction.
