SMS Phone Number Verification Issue

We ask for phone number verification by SMS for users purchase or registration first time.Our service provider usually sends out PIN codes with no issue. Upon studying isolated cases where PIN codes are not received by members, our techs have found that in these cases the issue is with our customer’s telecommunications provider.

In the meantime, we suggest that you try again later, or contact your phone service provider. As a last resort, we also recommend using a different phone or phone number (possibly with a different provider) as a workaround.
